Online E-Statements Notices Instructions 2025 (Click here for full instructions)
To update your account preferences, log into Online banking (link below).

Once you are logged into Online banking, click on the account you want to update (if you have multiple accounts); then select Accounts drop-down menu (top left). Scroll to the bottom and select Statement Preference.
Once Statement Preference is selected, the next option will allow you to enable the user to select the account and delivery option.
To verify if the account is set up for E-Statements, go back to the Accounts drop down menu and select E-statements & Notices. The account set up with E-statements will populate for review and you will be able to view or download the statement.
- Online banking may be re-established now. Users are required to re-enroll for electronic access and will be required to accept the Electronic Terms and Conditions upon doing so. You can do so by selecting “enroll online” located in the top right-hand corner of our website or use the link below.
- All user IDs and passwords must be all re-created.
- Please note that you may not use your FULL first and/or Last Name
- To re-register you must have your account number.
- If you have re-registered your online account, the same credentials users created will be used on the mobile app. If you re-registered your account through the mobile app.

- Pre-conversion account Activity, Statements, Bill Pay Payees will not be available. Please contact us if you need this information, we will do our best to recover what we can.
- The previous mobile application has been discontinued. The new mobile apps are available and ready for downloading. Apple Store (IOS) app name is Bison Mobile BK. Google Play Store (Android) app name is Bison Mobile Banking.
- The Bank is in the process of finalizing all business / corporate accounts within the new core banking system.
- Once completed, the Bank will notify customers via [Bracket] Secure Email that the account has been established within the core system and is now available for online banking access.
- Usernames and Passwords will be provided for most users. Whenever not, there will be a designated ADMIN who can add Additional Users.
- Please note that a mobile phone number and email address MUST be included in all user registrations
- Pre-conversion account Activity, Statements, Bill Pay details, ACH & Wire Templates and/or stored Payees will not be available. Please contact us if you need this information, we will do our best to recover what we can.
- New Treasury Management Agreements will be initiated as part of this Core Conversion. (More information to follow at a later date.)
- Usernames and Passwords will be provided for most users. Whenever not, there will be a designated ADMIN who can add Additional Users.
- Debit card maintenance has been completed and there should be no impact to debit usage. Reminder, no card or card number changes were required with the Bank core conversion.
- Final bank statements (containing bank activity captured from the previous bank core system) were generated July 18, 2025, and distributed to customers. An additional statement will be generated at the end of July capturing account activity from July 19, 2025, through July 31, 2025, and will be distributed to customers.
- Bank statements will be generated at the end of each month, starting in July 2025.
- New bank statements will now be consolidated into one statement for account holders with more than one account.
- Printed statements will now have a fee of $2.00 per month, per account starting in October 2025. Enroll in ELECTRONIC Statements via the Accounts Tab > Statement
- Preferences, within your online banking if you would like to receive your statements electronically.
Reminder
Please review the Re-Disclosure Statements mailed on July 1, 2025, which outline updates to the following: Funds Availability Disclosure, Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure, Bison State Bank (BSB) Privacy Notice, and BSB Summary of Fees (effective August 1, 2025).
If you did not receive this mailer, please take one of the following actions to ensure we have your correct mailing address on file:
- Submit a message through your Online Banking portal — select “ADDRESS CHANGE” from the Select a Category menu.
- Visit either our Bison, KS or Kansas City, MO branch location.
- Call us at 833-535-2095, and we will send you a Change of Address form.

Our banking core system is being upgraded!
This core conversion update will allow us to serve you more effectively and to provide you with better access and communication in your banking activities. Things that you should do now include ensuring your contact information is accurate (mailing address, telephone number, email address, etc.) These items can be updated through your online banking account or please reach out to one of our staff members to assist you; for assistance from the Kansas City office call 833-535-2095 and for assistance from the Bison office call 785-356-2195. Another option for assistance is to email us at RetailOperations@bisonstatebank.com.

As a reminder, information regarding the upcoming banking core upgrade will be communicated in a variety of ways over the next few weeks (i.e., mailings, e-notifications, email communication, this website, social media, etc). While we are updating our banking core system, you will still see the same friendly faces of Bison State Bank staff.
