During the summer of 2025, we are upgrading our core banking system to better serve you.
We’re making important improvements to our banking system to bring you faster service, better tools, and enhanced security. No action needed yet. We’ll keep you updated.
Our banking core system is being upgraded!
This core conversion update will allow us to serve you more effectively and to provide you with better access and communication in your banking activities. Things that you should do now include ensuring your contact information is accurate (mailing address, telephone number, email address, etc.) These items can be updated through your online banking account or please reach out to one of our staff members to assist you; for assistance from the Kansas City office call 833-535-2095 and for assistance from the Bison office call 785-356-2195. Another option for assistance is to email us at RetailOperations@bisonstatebank.com.
Please see the updates to the following: Funds Availability Disclosure (effective July 1, 2025), Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure, Bison State Bank (BSB) Privacy Notice, and BSB Summary of Fees (effective August 1, 2025). Please review for recent updates that may impact your banking account(s), if applicable.
As a reminder, information regarding the upcoming banking core upgrade will be communicated in a variety of ways over the next few weeks (i.e., mailings, e-notifications, email communication, this website, social media, etc). While we are updating our banking core system, you will still see the same friendly faces of Bison State Bank staff. We are looking forward to our new core system and more importantly, the opportunity to serve our friends and customers better!
