Bison State Bank has two great options for growing your money: Certificate of Deposit (CDs) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). With a CD investment in Kansas City at Bison State Bank, you receive competitive CD rates offered in a safe, FDIC-insured environment.
- Start saving with as little as $1,000 for our 6, 12, or 24-month CDs. Looking for longer terms? Our 36, 48, and 60-month CDs require a $10,000 deposit, while our exclusive 13-month Special requires $25,000 to open.
- All certificates are automatically renewable.
- Interest is paid quarterly and is compounded back to the CD.
- CDs 12 months and under have a 3 month interest penalty and CDs over 12 months have a 6 month interest penalty.
